How Armed Texans Kept the Peace During Ferguson Protests

Screen Shot 2014-11-29 at 5.42.41 PMSince the ruling in favor of Darren Wilson came to pass there have been protests all over the nation.

In Ferguson, the protests turned violent. Tragically people even lost their lives after the ruling.

And in other cities protests have often involved acts of civil disobedience, marches, “die-ins” and sit-ins on highways.

Days after the ruling, protestors in Dallas, Texas were taking part in similar actions.

As they paraded down some of the busiest streets in Dallas, some protestors even risked their lives as they illegally crossed guard rails and proceeded to use their bodies to block one of Dallas’s busiest interstates.

After several hours, and some minor infractions were observed, arrests were made and protestors were finally convinced to move on.

The next day a group of three individuals with the group “Come and Take It Texas” decided they would add a little extra protection for local businesses who weren’t there to protect their establishments.

With rifles at the ready, the three walked behind the group of protestors to make sure that the protestors never grew unruly and didn’t destroy private property.

The protestors had no issue with the protestors exercising their constitutional rights for peaceful assembly.

All they wanted do was make sure the protestors didn’t break the law.

As Matthew Short with Come and Take it said, “We’ll stand between them and private property.”

As a testament to the effectiveness of the open carry, the group of protestors was greatly diminished from the night before.

Similar stories have been reported out of Ferguson, but the mainstream media has been reluctant to talk about them.

That’s because they’re not really all that keen on reporting the effectiveness of the second amendment.

They’d rather continue to pass anti-gun legislation like they just did in Washington state.

These protestors are not stupid, they riot and burn when they know they won’t have to pay a penalty

When there is an individual standing in front of his business, holding an AR 15 It is a very quiet and noticeable warning.
let’s hope that sooner or later the whole country realizes that this kind of thing only happen in dem controlled large cities.
Then let’s hope that blacks understand that the conservative white populace is slow to anger, but after arousal, very thorough.

    • gonzales27 says:

you never arose a sleeping dog-let sleeping dogs lie

    • Wayne says:

You must remember that all blacks are not liberals and many support the Second Amendment. The problem is that the media doesn’t want people to recognize that fact. Think of Herman Cain and Col. Allen West as well as Dr. Ben Carson, all these men are black, conservatives who believe in the Second Amendment. Don’t confuse the protesters with conservative black men and women. They aren’t the ones that you see on the news, so don’t include them in your anger.

      • Chandler says:

Highly agree, I know allot of conservative black citizens and there are more and more joining our forces.

      • Richard R Garres says:

There is a production of eight (8) million weapons each year, of those one (1) million “get lost”… I wonder in what hands they end up.

        • Wayne says:

Are you really worried about one getting lost, you should be more worried about the ones the DOJ lost in the fast and furious screw up. It was a whole lot more than one, thank Holder and Obama for that one. I would much rather have law abiding citizens carrying than the criminals and the drug cartels. Those are the people that will have guns if the gun-control idiots take them away.

          • boone1 says:

Wayne I think you are talking to an IDIOT!!!!

      • gearbox says:

They should fight on our side ! to get rid of the far left whether they be black or
        white !

      • charlie says:

Ben carson is not pro 2nd amandment. You better check it out before you make such stupid statements . He want more gc laws

        • Wayne says:

Actually I have checked it out, I have a booklet from him stating that he is pro Second Amendment. I have heard what you said before, but never from him.

          • charlie says:

I actually heard him say he wanted more gun control laws. It was before he began to run for potus. So i do not trust him at all. check back when he first came on the scene, you will find it

    • Richard R Garres says:

So, you want them to put the dead quietly and orderly, like cattle in a slaughterhouse.

  2. rayhause says:

And, the good-ole boys are pushing an anti-gun Governor as a Candidate, Chris Christie. It makes you question whether they are also anti-gun or know they can rule his fat ass. He couldn’t win one precinct in the State of Texas, and Jeb Bush isn’t much better.

    • James D says:

Christie is just a loud mouth a-hole and no friend of the constitution. Jeb is no better.

      • boone1 says:

Jeb was Governor of Florida for eight long years sorry ass all I can say.The whole Bush family is for the one world government.

        • Pegasus0 says:

What is worse, Jeb Bush as governor of Florida signed an EO on SEPT 7, 2001, DECLARING MARTIAL LAW EFFECTIVE ON 9/11/2001. Now, HOW DID HE KNOW ON 9-7 THAT 9-11 WAS GOING TO HAPPEN? That alone should prevent anyone from voting for him as President. BOTH PARTIES ARE SOLD OUT. If a candidate makes it to the general election, that means they are both owned by the bankers.

          • Chandler says:

Never heard about this theory , I don’t want him for President but I think he had no way to know about 911, any more than anyone else did.

          • boone1 says:

Bullshit Bush was told about this months before this happen don’t be a fool.

          • Chandler says:

Let’s get something straight when I say I never heard something that is what I meant. Having said that, I do not believe that crap, and as far as I know it nothing but trash talking.

          • gonzales27 says:

            was jeb governor in 2001?

          • USAtakeback says:

yes, John Ellis “Jeb” Bush (born February 11, 1953) served as the 43rd Governor of Florida from 1999 to 2007.

          • boone1 says:

            YES

          • b4k9zp says:

Proof of that? Or just the usual nonsense?

          • Chandler says:

            You have a valid point.

          • boone1 says:

People we need to STOP voting people into office that are for the NWO and start voting in people that are for the U.S.CONSTITUTION the BILL of RIGHTS and vote all lawyers out of office this is why this country is so screwed up to many laws that are bullshit from the start

          • boone1 says:

You damn right both parties has sold out to the pure evil Time for that REVOLUTION/CIVIL WAR people we wait any longer than we minds well but are head between are legs and kiss are ass good bye.

        • sandman says:

The main difference between the NWO on the right, and the NWO on the left, is the right wants to have it with America at the top of the chain, while the left want to give all the power away to the UN’s version of NWO! Both are wrong! but for different reasons!

          • Chandler says:

            Well said sandman.

          • John Ceglarski says:

            Good point.
Who can we elect for US? I wish John Bolton was running.

          • sandman says:

The best person for the next Presidency would be Dr. Ben Carson!

          • gonzales27 says:

            yes

          • b4k9zp says:

Ben Carson is anti-gun. That means he’s not trustworthy.

          • Chandler says:

As much as I like Ben Carson, I do not think that he can win. Not enough interest and we can thank Barack Hussein Obama for this.
Most people think that he has not run a big business nor a government agency, so he just cant get the votes. They just don’t trust him that much.
We have to have a strong military minded person Col. West comes to mind or Ted Cruse, and I am sure there are others to.

          • gonzales27 says:

            me too

        • Chandler says:

No I think the Bush’s Jeb and George are for the benefits of the Bush Boys, not the general masses of America.

          • b4k9zp says:

Either was and is far better as president than obama.

          • Chandler says:

I will give you that point b4k9zp, In fact all three Bushes were far better than Barack Hussein Obama.
But I will not vote for another Bush to be in the White House. I do not think that having a dynasty in our White House that believes in illegals and Amnesty for them breaking our laws. And also a form of communism Common Core. No Dynasty in our White House not now or ever

          • gonzales27 says:

will you be voting for hillary?

          • Chandler says:

” No might I ask the same of you “,
Will you vote for another piece of trash to run ruin country?

          • gonzales27 says:

            I didn’t vote for obama

          • Chandler says:

I think with us two and most of the people less crying_on_the_right and a couple of others.
Most of us did not vote for Obama and will not vote for Jeb Bush for his family to have a dynasty in in our White House.
Especially because Jeb is pro ( Illegal ) and (Common core ) that is right next or on top of Communism. No matter how they explain it.
Then we have H. Clinton the second idiot B. Clinton, I do not know about everyone here , but most on this site are against her and Bill going back to the White House. Does that answer you question

          • gonzales27 says:

            yes

        • Tricia Stall says:

Bush family is controlled by CFR. Obama is positioning himself to be next Sec’t Gen of UN and control America by his Socialist policies instituted everyday. Who has been advocating against this communist push worthy of the R. nomination? Who is informed enough to make the tough choices to transform America back to founding principles?

          • Watchmanonwall says:

That was good. I have been complaining about this for a while. The elites in the repugnantcants need to just take off the masks and declare they are really demonrats. Even Rush pointed out that Obola does this; to-wit: speak with scorn on a policy while doing everything to implement it.

I was contemplating whether there were enough Tea party- Constitutionalist who believed in individualism in congress that; all of them, at the same time, right after being sworn in, declared they were all switching to the Constitutional party. They would be a force to reckon with and would be able to run as incumbents next election. I don’t know the exact numbers if they would have a plurality majority. Would be fun to watch.

We need a Constitution party to run in this country bad if not it’s like the Bible says there will be a CIVIL WAR in this country because the whites in this country that work are sick and tired of giving out free stuff to people that don’t want to work for it.

      • Chandler says:

        Nice and true post.

      • figmo says:

Here we go again. The republicans are going to run a loser against Hillary and we will have a continuation of Obama’s implementation of saul alinsky’s plan to destroy our country. Romney was so nicey nicey instead of telling it like it is that Obama got another 4 years.

        • Chandler says:

Can we get a amen on the,now they want Jeb the illegal lover and the Common Core crap for our schools ( just left of COMMUNISM) as well as Jeb and his family and friends are doing the same thing as Obama buying the votes and the Office as well. With no regards to what the common people want.
Our country was not founded for nothing but the Rich SOB to become President, by the amount of money spent. There sits our Judicial system not doing there jobs just going with the flow..

    • Chandler says:

I do not trust either Bush or Christie.
I sure hope they don’t get in office really I don’t want anti gun and pro illegals to get in the White House, things will not get better only worse.

      • Richard R Garres says:

        I do not trust anybody.

        • Chandler says:

You have to trust some, for nothing will get done if we do not work together.
For the betterment and salvation of our country, while we can.

          • sandman says:

That’s for sure! as anything or anyone form the right will be better for the Country than chillery or any on the left! The main and only reason we have so many R I N O’s around is because of the power the democrats have! If we can get rid of the most liberal democrats and democrats in general, and get rid of their influence on those on the right with a misguided get along attitude, we could and have taken care of the R I NO problems! Less democrats in power, means less bad influences on weak republicans, more strong republicans means less R I N O S!!!

          • Chandler says:

Well said sandman, well said, and may I add I agree with you.

      • boone1 says:

Well Jebs wife is a wet back if that tells you anything.

        • Chandler says:

I do not live in Florida, nor do I know the Jeb family . I have no idea who or what she is. Doesn’t matter one way or the other. I just don’t want Jeb in the White house. Dynasties wind up being dictators down the road.

          • gonzales27 says:

will you be voting for hillary?

        • b4k9zp says:

Once she married Jeb, she was not longer an illegal immigrant.

        • gonzales27 says:

          and what is obama?

      • Firstallie says:

If one of these two are the GOP pick, it will be a shoo-in for Hilberly

        • Pegasus0 says:

That is exactly why the powres that be, the Zionists, are doing all this, so we would vote for Hitlary. She is their man….. after Obama’s wife was outted, it became clear, these zionists like their rough, psychopathic mother types and why they are always promoting gay sex. . Its time to do and vote “UNAFFILIATED” or “INDEPENDANT”. But the candidate will have to be a Ron Paul type.

          • b4k9zp says:

You really hate Jews, don’t you. Can’t even spell, eitehr.

        • Chandler says:

All we can do is hope that people have woke up and not put her in.

        • sandman says:

Which would be very detrimental for Our Country! Either of them, while not anything to write home about, would be head and shoulders above hilderbeast!

          • Chandler says:

Sad to say but I think that you are right.

          • Watchmanonwall says:

I am not so sure. They are all cut from the same cloth: bigger government. totalitarianism, collectivism, less freedoms, big spending, protect the banks, One World Government and have the same people pulling their stings behind the scenes.
If either of them are the nominee, more conservatives than in 2012 will stay home or vote third party.

          • sandman says:

That is exactly what they want you to believe, and then hilderbeast gets her turn to wreak havoc upon Our Great Country!

        • boone1 says:

          Yes it will

    • Richard R Garres says:

      Hilarious!

Like the other States do not have laws.

      • CTH says:

No. They have common core, dumbass.

        • Richard R Garres says:

          Hilariously pathetic, little ignoramus.

Insult is the argument of the ignorant and the indolent; that is all.

    • oldtimered says:

Jeb Bush stood up for the 2nd amendment every chance he got as Governor of Florida. He infuriated many teachers by toughening standards and setting up a reward system of bonuses for teachers who produced the results Florida needed for it students. So much more will come out about his tenure as Governor and how the citizens of Florida benefitted.
Christie has not and should not even be considered. He glad handed Obama before the 2012 election and was dumb enough to think Obama would keep his promises to Christie, Obama did not keep his promises. Now Christie is greeting Obama again.
The only votes in the primary Christie will get are from NJ citizens who have no rights and are getting used to it; and dem crossover votes in states that allow it.

      • charlie says:

Sorry but jeb is as pro illegal imigrunt as you can get. He cannot be trusted.

          • anestat says:

            EXACTLY

          • Chandler says:

Her race has nothing to do with Jeb’s continuing on with the Bush dynasty.

          • anestat says:

YES, it sure does. He would be bringing millions more Mexicans !!!

          • Chandler says:

It’s not the race that bothers me it is the fact that they are illegal that bothers me. It is the fact that not only are they illegal I want to know why Barack Hussein Obama had his records of life sealed before he ran for President. Why did the Democrat party of Communist/Socialist, Atheists, Homosexuals and other special interest groups. What were they hiding from us?
Who was allowed to put Obama on the ballot and No one but No one put up a objection.
But kept quiet and allowed this treasonous action, I believe against our laws and Constitution.
What the hell is this person hiding and why was he allowed to do this? Who had a hand in sealing his records. I do not know of any person in history getting buy with this sealing of records.

          • Gary Daniel says:

The burnt bulb in the box agrees with you.

        • billyrb1 says:

If Jeb is pro-illegal immigration that’ enough for me.

        • Watchmanonwall says:

He is also pro Common Core. So how did he improve the schools?

      • NukeWaste says:

Those reforms in Education were total BS. You can’t base a teachersj income on student outcomes unless you let the teachers remove the students who don’t belong or don’t want to be in a class. I had a VP put losers in my class because they would have caused their real teacher to fail her evals. Better I fail mine!. Unless you hold parents accountable for their offsprings’ behavior, you won’t accomplish anything. You could remove the kids and put them int a special school for living abortions and fix them before they are too old. But if you send them back to their old neighborhoods, the money will be thrown out. They will revert or be beat down.

        • boone1 says:

You know the old saying you can take a horse to water but you can’t make him drink that’s the same way with teaching. You can teach, teach all you want but if the kid doesn’t want to learn anything they won’t.And you’re right back to the water and the horse.

          • old codger says:

I gave you a thumbs up, so don’t castrate me on this. Today’s “newer” version is “You can lead a horse’s ass to knowledge but you can’t make it think!”!! More appropriate now a days!! It also covers the diehard lefties who continue to support OblowHard and falls on the sword for him at every opportunity!

          • boone1 says:

Hell no I won’t and you are right on with that GOD BLESS you my friend.

          • Tony Boyle says:

It’s easy to get kids to learn. Get them up and moving, give them a real life problem involving math, science, history and English, and they will start to solve real world problems, just as they will later in life. Keep it real, and you will keep their interest. Make it fake and boring, and NO ONE will stay interested.

          • NukeWaste says:

That only works with kids who intend living their own life themselves. I had 9th graders in a Gen Sci class. All Black. The girls told me that it was a waste of time trying to get them to do any work. They all intended to have a kid before graduation and live on welfare and dealing. There was nothing that I could do about this. The two good girls were totally corrupted by the end of the school year.

          • Gary Daniel says:

Culture clash. There was absolutely nothing you could have done to overcome that.

          • boone1 says:

These are the kind of kids that you would like to just waste like with a low level nuke.

          • boone1 says:

        • Gary Daniel says:

The artificial standards just lead to skewing the results or out right fraud. AZ is the dumbest state in the Union. Lots of Native culture and relocated Mexicans. Those two groups, as groups not individuals, seem to have a hard time assimilating into sophisticated culture. No teacher can overcome that.

          • Chandler says:

And that idiotic statement coming from the burnt out bulb in the package, WOW. You do not sound smarter than the ones you are condemning and trashing.

          • Gary Daniel says:

Counter the idiotic statement with facts disproving the idiotic statement. The only one condemning and trashing is you by referring to me as “the burnt out bulb”. My statement had nothing to do with intellect of the individual. Show me where they are flourishing. You will find a quality system and good teachers their I bet. Noone has said that someone can’t learn. Those groups for WHATEVER reason don’t score so high. I would put my money on the AZ school system as the culprit and cultural differences being the root of that situation. WHATEVER the reason, it is not likely the teacher’s fault.
Did that brighten the bulb for you? Lay off the insults please. It makes you seem petty.

          • Chandler says:

Read Your racist remark Ass Hole I am native American and this was our country before you foreigners came here. We are as intelligent or more so than people like you. If you live in Arizona with that kind of racism I suggest you move to New York or Washington D.C. where you belong.

          • Gary Daniel says:

Way to come back with an argument and counter point. You obviously lack reading comprehension skills. Use the race card and insults. That is a Saul Alinsky Progressive tactic. You have every right to take exception. You can be offended. Ain’t the first amendment great?! I didn’t mention the the entire group of American Indians. I also didn’t demean anybody. Didn’t refer to anyone by race. There is one human race. Never mentioned anything about superiority. Are you sure you are responding to the right post?
Since you didn’t counter anything I wrote with intelligent argument you prove to be petty. Being an American Indian, the statistics would lean to you being on something more then I. I can see it is not a substance problem but a lack of sophistication on your part.

          • Gary Daniel says:

@Chandler, why do you keep editing your post? You keep changing it without adding anything intelligent. Hard to respond efficiently to a changing statement.

          • Chandler says:

I do not care to communicate with trash.

          • Gary Daniel says:

You are a coward. Say it’s not worth your time and then proceed to make statements. Lefty hiding in the comments section. I’m happy I could bring out your true colours. Is true colours “racist” also?
Chandler…the best in quality dissertation and argumentation. You could run for Democratic office.

          • Chandler says:

I definitely can say the same about you, and I would be correct. You cowards always try the reverse when caught in the act. you try to disway the truth by using remarks like comprehension skills are less than yours. I have come to the conclusion that you truly are beneath most on this site. F*** off. RACIST

          • Gary Daniel says:

Ha! You got me. Here I was taking you seriously and you are obviously pulling my leg. Good joke. I fell for it.

          • Richard R Garres says:

I “hang out” with Fyodor Dostoyevsky, Francis Fukuyama, Thomas Pikety, Albert Camus, Ernest Hemingway, and others… there are no ‘warm bodies’ with culture in this country who to ‘hang out’ with, unfortunately.

          • Gary Daniel says:

I often hang out with Bruce Catton. I have real friends that are alive who are very sophisticated. People like that can be few and far between but they exist. We do have a culture of ignorance in the U.S. We also have a culture of corruption so it is frustrating. Anyway, the cultures that I was referring to are much different as a group. Introducing English Lit. classes will not overcome their ingrained culture. Individually all groups have intelligent and engaging people. They just might not for the most part appreciate reading as opposed to doing.

          • Richard R Garres says:

My friends ‘are not from this world’, I have a French friend, a Jewish friend, an Austrian friend, and some other friends that I communicate with them often.

America is good in technology and specialization, but not in matters of being a cultured country like Europeans. The Scandinavians reed about 70 books a year; and reading is learning and thinking: communicating with other persons, experiences and worlds. Francis Fukuyama and Thomas Piketty (French) are very interesting in their last books.

          • Gary Daniel says:

            Reading is fundamental!

          • Richard R Garres says:

            Totally in agreement.

I am reading an interesting book of a French scholar, recently published: “Capital in the Twenty-First Century” (Capital au XXIe Siecle) of Thomas Piketty. Very learned French professor.

          • Richard R Garres says:

I am an immigrant from Mexico, I’m an economist, and I got an MBA and a Ph. D.

What do you have “member of a sophisticated culture”?

          • Gary Daniel says:

            Good for you.
Now maybe you can go out and do miracles with teaching to the groups I mentioned and show us why a teacher should be held accountable for the performance of their class. Being bi-lingual you will have that much more of an edge.
I wasn’t referring to individuals. I was referring to culture shock not intellect. Navajo culture is much less sophisticated especially since Bosque Redondo.
In AZ, these groups commonly score lower for WHATEVER reason. That’s not a teachers fault. That’s what I was saying.

          • Richard R Garres says:

We do not have a culture of learning, like the Asians, Gary.

Also, it is obvious that the Navajos score lower because all tests are done by guys of the “Western countries” with their own set of values and ideas. If Navajos would design an IQ test, all Americans would score LOWER for that reason. Same thing with people of other non “Western” (Anglo) culture countries.

Why a teacher should be accountable for the performance of his students? It all depend on the age group you are talking about. University guys are responsible for their own performance; they are not infants. And sure, there are teachers that do not know how to teach, as “knowing” is different of “transmitting” your knowledge, and more importantly, the love of learning. Confucious was right in the sense that learning is a never ending task.

          • Gary Daniel says:

Were on the same page. I think it is cultural differences that are hard to overcome just out on the street. The classroom is something even harder.
Were you planning on answering the question in the first sentence of your last paragraph?
you kind of lost me there.
We are not like the Asians. We still have a culture of learning. Our nation seems to be perposely dumbing down our kids. Easier to control that way and a big savings on ammunition when the purge begins. Less intellectuals to execute.
Remember the governments of the Americas are offshoots of European countries.

          • Richard R Garres says:

Yes, we are in the same page.

The Chinese have a millenarian tradition of learning. The Lun Yu (Analects) of Confucius is especially the base for such culture.

America has attracted the intelligent people from around the world, like Niccolo Tesla, among others.

In any event, America is too young to have a strong culture. I remember the jokingly mention of an Italian intellectual to an English professor: “We were already homosexuals when you were still running around covered in animal skins throwing arrows”…Culture is not the forte of the Anglo-Saxons either, in spite of the love of Churchill for “The History of the English people.”

      • rayhause says:

Do you want your children indoctrinated by the government, that happens under Common Core and Jeb Bush advocates it all the way. We are fortunate that Texas won’t allow it here.

    • lwainscot says:

MSM and the other media outlets like them, just keep stirring the discrimination pot, until society blows up completely! They want civil unrest, because that is Obama’s plan. They don’t want to see people get along. They want blacks to be out in the streets, breaking the law, killing white people, especially police, because they want reason to declare martial law, so the 2016 election never takes place. Wake up people, before we lose our Republic to socialism or communism, because that is what the progressive movement really is.

      • Sharon Jeanguenat says:

I totally agree, & have been saying this for a long time. If God doesn’t intervene, America, as we know her, is done for. I hate to say this, but I believe a civil war will break out. If the House & the Senate don’t put a stop to Obama’s illegal acts, we might as well hang it up.

        • The Fox says:

God won’t intervene as the government kicked Him out, schools kicked Him out, public square kicked him out along with many so called churches, until these invite Him back in, don’t hold your breath waiting for Him, I look up, my redemption is near.

It’s been gone for a long time. Good chance it never was what you thought it was. The Civil War completely changed the Founding Father’s concept of the U.S. The Progressives have been skewing our system a little at a time since Teddy Roosevelt. Post WWII to the present has seen an absolute destruction of the original concept of the Revolution. Just look at taxes and Social Security. Ships in Boston Harbor had their holds “unloaded” over a tax of mere pennies. A penny was worth more then but look at your paycheck. 30%?!! Outrageous!

“TRUE” MSM Died several years back. Probably about 15 or so years ago!! I missed the obituary in the paper but they did in fact die!!!
All that is left now is:
        Lame Stream News Media:
        CNN – Communist News Network
        CBS – Communist Broadcast System
        ABC – Accredited ‘Bama Cheerleader
        NBC – National ‘Bama Cheerleader
MSNBC – Marxist Supporting National ‘Bama Cheerleaders
PBS-Puerile ‘Bama Supporter. Puerile means childish, silly, immature. By studi30
What do they all have in common?? ANYTHING negative about ‘Bama WILL
        NEVER see air time!!
There is ABSOLUTELY NO TRUE Journalist left alive!! They ALL died!! What is left is the “FAR Left” media!! I believe it was called TASS ( the old Russian News Media) is alive and well in the U.S.A.!!
P.S. Since there was no obit, I also missed the funeral!!

        • Jackys says:

Well…you didn’t mention FOX News….not perfect…but no where near as bad as all of those you listed.
One other thing….Never “go against the grain” on these blogs….never really have to……but…….I live in Florida….have since the 80’s….and, also, under Jeb as Gov. I have to say…he is the best Gov. we have had in all those years. He needs no help/defense from me….read his record. Fluent in Spanish….is that a “handicap” for any candidate for POTUS?? Truth is, it is an asset. I would put up him, his brother before him (W)….and their father (HW), against any other R in the running today. So…who are you going to back? Gonna stay home and give it to the Communist Democrats again?! FORGETABOUTIT…..

          • boone1 says:

If you were looking for a argument, you won’t get one from me! Yes Fox News is NOT perfect but compared to the Socialist News community I did mention they (Fox) are “real close”!!
Isn’t it ironic that the news media (actually lack of creditable news) castrated “W” EVERY chance they got but allow a free pass on OblowHard???? Ergo castrate the Republican but allow DemoCRAPZ a free pass! WTH over!!!
The ones I did mention are so far left it’s UNBELIEVABLE!! When is the last time you heard ANYTHING negative about Ovomit on their news stations?????????? Last count I saw/ heard of, ZERO, ZILCH, NADDA!!
That’s why I classified most of them “Socialist News Networks”!!

Fair and unbiased my A$$! They are either TOTALLY Socialist News Networks or puppets for this unbelievably “CORRUPT” Administration!
Honest to God “TRUE” Journalism is dead, cremated, and interred”! God, most of them rival the old Russian News network! “All the news (lies) the Government wanted the Russian people to hear”! I believe (?) it was called TASS!

GREAT GOING GUYS. Don’t Mess With Texas.

    • Chandler says:

      I second that LL.

  5. Bob McMahan says:

I am not from Texas, but I served with some folks who were. Apparently, Austin has its own fagot culture, very different from the rest of the state. Texas gun laws could use a workover. Open carry of pistols would be nice.

With what seems to be just over the horizon, all of us are going to need to be armed up and trained to be our own first responders. That means weapons, slings, holsters, red dot sights, and beaucoup ammo. My guess is that a lot of Black folks are going to be on the right side. There must be a lot of embarassment at what we are all seeing on TV.

    • Chandler says:

      Yes I bet there is.

    • Wayne says:

I am from Texas and I can’t wait for Gov. Abbot to get the into office as there will be at three choices for open carry laws as well as a constitutional carry law heading toward his desk.

      • Richard R Garres says:

So, with Abbot is walking backwards to the lawless old wild west…

        • Wayne says:

How do you figure? As for how the ‘wild west was” do you realize that what you think you know about the wild west is a load Hollywood BS. The cost of a reliable pistol was about 2-3 months salary for most of the people back then. Unless you got out of the army and were lucky enough to have a Colt or one of the other few weapons that actually worked, chances are you weren’t wasting your money firing off expensive ammo. I can tell you are a liberal because you don’t seem to let facts get in the way. You might want to study weapons before you start preaching to the knowledgeable.

          • Richard R Garres says:

Boy! and now you are a magician!

For your information I am a Libertarian. By the way, I own a few weapons, among them, a 9 mm Sig Sauer. I am a good shot, so is my wife.

        • NukeWaste says:

The ‘Old Wild West’ was NEVER lawless. Most people back then were moral people. If you check honest stats, the worst days in Deadwood or Tombstone were safer than modern day Harlem or Philly. So take your liburd crap and eat it like moochie’s menu.

          • Richard R Garres says:

Of course. It is rhetoric and a myth of Hollywood: it produced great benefits while it lasted.

          • Richard R Garres says:

            Better; you eat it.

        • Gary Daniel says:

Most violence in the “Old West” was localised and was over Water, Gold, and Women. In that order. Range wars were over water access more then the land itself. Thirsty cows make beef jerky.
All those gunfights you see in western movies are the exception not the rule and they are not portrayed accurately. Gunfights were more like drive by shootings today. No honor among thieves…or murderers.
There are relatively few incidents and personalities from history that are violent and so they get over played.
Clue, The 3:10 to Yuma is not History.

          • Richard R Garres says:

It seems that many do not understand when people use rhetoric in speech.

    • justanagent says:

Austin and Houston are islands of loony liberalism in an otherwise conservative state. Unfortunately, both localities have a huge influence on the Texas legislature. As an old gray beard veteran state law enforcement officer I have worked many years in both cities and can attest to the fact that they are not representative of the rest of the state. I have always believed in the rule of law as opposed to vigilante justice, but I have also always been a devout supporter of the second amendment and the right of the people to bear arms and use them in defense of their lives and property. These two principles are not mutually exclusive. They are, in fact, mutually supportive. That said; if one decides to exercise his or her right to bear arms he or she also has a moral duty to exercise it responsibly. That means being properly trained and proficient with the weapon. It also means being knowledgeable in the laws pertaining to use of deadly force and, just as importantly, having the proper mindset. A gun is not a “security blanket”. If you are going to carry it you must be prepared to use it should the need arise. Sadly, I agree with your assessment regarding what seems to be just over the horizon. I call it a Darwin event. I also agree in that I do not believe it will necessarily break down along racial or ethnic lines. I believe it will simply be a matter of the lawless who seek to destroy us versus the law abiding who still believe in the principles embodied in our Constitution.

      • Proud US vet/American says:

I have to disagree with you on one point- you stated that, “a gun is not a “security blanket.” Well in this current state the country IT IS! “WE THE PEOPLE” are the last line of defense to save our Constitution and country from a “TYRANNICAL GOVERNMENT” which now sits in the White House. WE are the last defense in a war for our freedoms and our Constitution. With that being said, “WE THE PEOPLE” must be vigilant in our use of arms and use them for the upholding and defense of our Constitution and family only! Rampant vigilante justice can not be tolerated, and must not be encouraged! Patriotic American “Minutemen” must find ways to band together and stand firm in their duty to defend our Constitution “against ALL enemies, foreign and domestic”. We must stand above the current administration and President and guard ourselves with the Constitution we are defending.
        MOLON LABE

        • justanagent says:

I don’t think we disagree. What I meant was that a gun is not a security blanket in the sense that a person may carry one thinking that if they are threatened all they will have to do is brandish the weapon, say “I have a gun” and the threat will just go away. A gun is a tool in the sense that it is designed for a purpose and that purpose is not to be used as an empty threat by someone who lacks either the proficiency or the mindset to use it properly if the threat calls the bluff. In other words DON’T BLUFF.

          • Proud US vet/American says:

I withdraw my argument! If a person is going to carry, they had better be prepared to use it and accept the the consequences if they are in the wrong. My many years in the Army(22), and my years as a Deputy have shown me that the person who is NOT prepared to use a gun, they usually wind up dead!

        • Gary Daniel says:

I would disagree with you on the point that “WE THE PEOPLE” are the “last defense” against tyranny. We are the first defense with our right to vote and write our representatives and peacefully assemble and protest. If our representatives ignore us then we are the FIRST OFFENSE to overthrow tyranny. Hopefully it won’t come to that. Let your representatives know how you think and feel!!! They can’t really be held accountable for not respecting what you write, in the comment section. They have to read it themselves. E mail them and attach these articles. Force it on them. It’s your duty as a citizen. Getting involved is the civilian’s way of backing up those who died to free us from tyranny. In the words of Barney Fife…Nip it…Nip it…Nip it!

          • Proud US vet/American says:

            Gary Daniel-
The last six years have proven without any doubt that the vote of the people is meaningless. Even the 2014 November elections have proven to be futile. The Washington establishment only hears the jingle in the pockets of the PAC’s-nothing more! The Republican RINO’s who are controlling the RNC have proven time and again they don’t have the stomach or the will to fight against Obama’s policies.
As far as writing my elected officials, I write them continuously, but because I live in a overly Liberal Democratic state, all those letters fall on deaf ears-but I keep writing anyway! I am involved in local government. I am a founding member of one of our State Militia groups, the NRA, Oathkeepers, Young American’s for Freedom and am a certified firearm’s instructor. All this is a mission in futility if the “We the people”, don’t stand up to this Communistic pushing President and his agenda of anti-American policies. I am NOT a war monger, but, if you study history at all, you will see America is poised in a textbook takeover move by Communism and anarchy. “WE THE PEOPLE” are, the last line of defense for the saving of American freedom as we know it today! Good luck!
GOD BLESS THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!

The Black folks I knew in the service were nothing like the bozos we see on TV. Those guys are still around and may have a positive effect in their community at some point. I fully agree with the importance of training and mindset. Some years ago, I was able to train at Mid-South and at Blackwater. Those places now appear to limit their trainees to law enforcement folks.

        • justanagent says:

In addition to a career in law enforcement I also had the privilege of military service both active duty and national guard. I retired from the guard in 2012 after being called to active duty and deployed several times. As I said, I considered it a privilege in that it brought me into contact with some of the finest people I will ever know. We all wore the same color and bled the same color. I believe that military service has done more to eliminate racial bias and animosity than all the politicians that ever lived. Peace or war it should be required of all who are able. As a soldier and as a law enforcement officer I was fortunate enough to be trained by the very best. The training and mindset they instilled in me has saved my life on numerous occasions. I have lived to become a grandfather and consider myself very fortunate and blessed by God.

It is time people to take back our country from the crooked politicians to include Barack Hussein Obama and Holder Sharpton and the Congress and the entire judicial branch of the government.
We have a constitutional right to carry by our laws of the land and constitution so let us show this out of control government They will not take our Country and give it to illegals, nor will they take our guns. IT IS PAST TIME PEOPLE TO STOP THIS MADNESS BEFORE IT IS TO LATE.

This type of American Patriotism must continue to grow and expand if American Patriots ever wish to see America taken back and brought back to her conservative, religious patriotic roots!
“WE THE PEOPLE” must fight back against a “Tyrannical Government” that is systematically destroying our country. We can not count on help from this corrupt and illegal administration and President! We can not count on our military to back “WE THE PEOPLE”. They have been crippled by the policies of this Dictator and his misfit minions of malcontents.
If America is to be saved from Communism, racial unrest, and anarchy, The people will have to take up arms against this anti-American assault and President. Then “WE THE PEOPLE” will have to start thr arduous task of cleaning out the garbage from the government.
This is the ONLY alternative American’s have left to save this country. The recent elections have proven to be futile to effect any positive change, and the “RIGHT” has proven its unwillingness to fight against the Obama administration because of the racial tensions in this country now!
Real change must be forced on the government by the people, or, we are doomed as a free Republic!

This is the problem all over the country. Losers move into major cities without our approval, nor consent. We now have to pay for them and they get voted for multiple times. These losers control politics in all North Eastern States. We can’t kick them out either. YET! I can’t wait until the New Yorkers that are fxcking up Pittsburgh get forced out. We have 5 miles of constricting Bike Lanes that are used by less than 2% of Pittsburghers. Mayor Useless says that they are part of our future plan for success! Can you say, “DELUDED LIBTARD”? People that ride bicycles to work pretend that they are Hip, Cool, Trendy! In reality, they are hopeless losers that are laughed at behind their backs by even the janitors. They are so sad that they aren’t considered for any decent parking spot. ( If you are told that even your manager has to pay parking , believe it! His unicorn pays too!)They can’t afford a car, nor a decent place to live. So they pretend that they made these decisions themselves because admitting that their girlfriend is fat, ugly, has another girlfriend that they pay for, living in their cubicle for $1500/month isn’t fun, their job is dead end, simply lines them up for suicide. They don’t have the balls to punch out on their own so they keep annoying us hoping that one of us will answer the call. Don’t bother. They deserve the pain!

Folks, you need to follow suit of those who are hammering their state governors to join the States For Convention. This organization is making every attempt to activate Article V of our U.S. Constitution for the sole purpose of putting an end to the abuse in DC and to curb those bums who are trying to trash our Constitutional Rights as well. Term limits on All politicians would also be a part of their convention and added in, in such a way that no politician could alter any portion of the amendments without the consent of the governed, We, The People.
Other benefits they want to enforce are a Forced balanced budget, provisions that clearly states that NO politician can make any attempts to challenge any Amendment we have and to force obedience of our politicians to honor and protect our Constitution as they Swore an oath to do from the beginning.
They would literally pull the reigns in on every politician who would step out of line as our Representatives and put an end to the banks’ control of our government in the process. Special interest groups would loose so many of their teeth they have sank into our government that it would scare the devil out of everyone of them.
And the bottom line is that they would Not make any amendments that would jeopardize our lives in any way, pertaining to or freedoms, or rights or our way of life.
So get busy and start hammering your state governors to join in with the States who have already became a part of the Convention and to date, there are 30. 33 are needed and it technically takes 38 to ratify any amendment to our Constitution.
In our Declaration of Independence, first page, second paragraph, it outlines the provisions of resolving our problems with the federal government and states that we have every right to throw off the government when they cease to represent We, The People. It is very clearly written and is backed up by our U.S. Constitution under Article V.

The only way we will get you out of the mine field is letting the birds eat you up. The third thing I would do is stop all of the stupid spending on anything that is waistful. An put our guard on the Mexico boarder. Shot the first wetback that points a gun our way. I want to work on the economy. Stop paying for baby factories. So if you on welfare and more than one child that we are paint for. You have to take care of the child. A drug test would go to all welfare people. If they test hot then they LOSS their check. That would be just. But people say that will take food out of their babies stomac. But guess what if you test hot at a business then you get fired anyways so what’s the DIFFERENCE.

Tounge-in-cheek: seems to me the ONLY nationalist who: protects the borders, tracks down and ELIMINATES terrorists within his borders, arrests banksters, assigns protection and distribution of his country’s natural resources… iiiisss……PUTIN!!!
Now how in hell’s kitchen does this make sense compared to “our” elected officials!!???
How is Being Responsible for a nations OVERALL SECURITY labeled as a treacherous lout, or a totalitarian bully? … The new boogie man. MEDIA BULLSHIT!!!

In my lifetime there were really only THREE Presidents who were interested in REAL National Security: IKE, Kennedy, Reagan. The first was heavily guarded by USAF and Army intelligence up until the Gary Powers debacle. Then Ike knew he was surrounded. Kennedy…well, he was gunned down for all intent and purpose “by his own” demorats and the NWO cadre. Reagan was gunned down but survived. How many times would Casper Weinberger DEMAND we go to Lebanon with Boots (to help with the zionist take-over) on the Ground to have Schultz AND Reagan REFUSE! Reagan was rewarded for HIS View of OUR national security. Where was daddy BUSH (then VP)? It wouldn’t surprise me if Weinberger and Bush cia/mossad connection mapped it out. YUP, Hinckley was drugged repeatedly and indoctrinated into “the job”. ANOTHER BOOSH in the White House? Hinckley is the ONLY WOULD-BE ASSASSIN to be able to see the light of day…OUTSIDE of prison walls!!! Sirhan-Sirhan didn’t even shoot a president and he will NEVER see the light of day.

JEB??? The ONLY reason Jeb did “so well” as Governor of MY state was because he governed from Tallahassee but had DEEP ties with MIAMI!!! You know, the area that was “rejuvenated” with late 60’s and total 70’s laundered drug monies that….eventually declared bankruptcy (Miami-Dade). AND all with his dady’s blessing in DC! So, he IS the perfect “leader” for those who prefer a nose-ring and such.

So, he is a “centrist” to those who hate republicans and those who hate demorats. And a darling of the bureaucrats and unions associated therewith.
    His Daddy taught him well.
Look at what his daddy got away with: CIA operative/case worker in 1963 to when…he became Head of the CIA!!! Was “tapped” for VP to Reagan (Reagan was NOT happy about that neither was Nancy). Schultz wasn’t pleased either! Bush was VP when Reagan was SHOT. Where was the VP when this occurred? Yet Bush’s people were NOT allowed to interrogate Hinkley until AFTER Reagan’s people. BUSH becomes President!
    RHINO is the proper title.
ENOUGH of the DYNASTIC APPROACH TO THE PRESIDENCY!

NO, another Bush is NOT BETTER THAN what we’re stuck with presently!
IMPEACH NOW and let the separation of the Americans -vs- NWO representatives be REVEALED!
That’s why impeachment proceedings will NOT happen. It’s the ONLY REASON!
